Adjacent to the landmark watershed of Wadi Hanifah, the Khozama estate is designed for an extended family, as a collection of six residences and a family common building for gathering. This radial array rings The Ellipse—a dynamic park composed as a series of individual gardens descending to their own central riparian Wadi.
The buildings create a strong outward identity—an inviting presence amplified by contrasts of mass and transparency, stone and plantings. All villas are built with a unified palette of native Mahdeya limestone, patinated copper, wood, and champagne metals.
A shared pool with cabanas, fitness, and spa suite, emanate from a waterfall, that leads to a still pond and the secret garden. Among the Wadi trees, the Shade Pavilion is a focal lantern. A conical wood lattice over a reflecting basin—a space for conversation or meditation. The park experience as a key component of family life.
